In our company, employees open their hearts wide for good deeds ❤️🩹 One way to help is through donations. ⚡️ Our company has a donation system, and contributions can be made in the following ways: 1. Opting out of birthday gifts. In this case, the entire amount will be donated to charity. 2. Opting out of quarterly team-building activities. This money can also be sent to those in need! 3. Donating your corporate points, which the company converts into real money and sends to charity. By the way, each employee or department can choose whom they want to direct their donation to. For example, in 2024, the record recipients were animal shelters, and we also help children and elderly people. It’s especially gratifying that in 2024, the total amount of donations nearly doubled! We are proud of this trend and continue to stand by those who need it most 💚 #betera #team #csr #donation #gooddeeds

My team at HRchitect makes it easy for employees to give back! Rather than contributing to just one cause or organization, our team is given the choice to contribute to the causes that matter to us most personally. Through this initiative, I chose to support the hard work on the road ahead for the ACLU but so many other organizations are supported as well. Check out the post below to learn more!

Imagine not being able to breastfeed nor afford buying formulas. What a desperate situation. Unimaginable in Europe. Not so! And why can’t mothers just breastfeed? Here is part of an answer: Thanks for getting back to me, it’s a complex problem, food banks are unable to provide formula milk because of the unicef guidelines, and many women can’t breast feed for so many reasons. It’s something that is so taboo in the uk with everyone pushing breast is best ideas but the reality is that many women struggle to breast feed, especially those who are in food poverty themselves. Some due to trauma, some have no support some have to go to work I mean the list is endless. If only breastfeeding where that simple, unfortunately for many women it’s not and the trauma of not being able to breastfeed resonates for a long time. Many health care professionals will suggest to a mother because the baby isn’t growing that they use both breast and formula milk and we all know that as soon as the anxiety kicks in that we aren’t providing enough for our babies the worse it gets. But the reason they can’t is really for another whole topic but it’s what don’t do if you can’t and you can’t afford it, this is the real issue facing so many. Maybe you want to support Naomi making a movie about this issue?
Thanks for letting me share Ida Tin. help support our film MILK and bring about long-term systemic change, that will see mothers being supported to feed their child in whatever way is best for them, with support and a change in policy no baby should go hungry. Tomorrow 6th of JUNE is infant feeding day created by the charity FEED who are supporting us to get the film seen by those in policy. They launched the campaign to raise awareness. Help us to do that by donating https://lnkd.in/eY6med3A

The holidays are a time for giving back! 🎁 Here are some quick tips to enhance your charitable impact this season: Support Local Charities: Donate to small organizations in your community for a direct impact. Cash Over Goods: Cash donations allow charities to allocate resources where they’re needed most. Monthly Donations: Set up a monthly giving plan for consistent support throughout the year. When choosing an organization: ● Align donations with your values. ● Check the Canada Revenue Agency’s charity listing for transparency. ● Focus on local needs, like winter essentials for those in need. Happy giving! #CharitableGiving #HolidayKindness #FinancialTips

One of the often overlooked consequences of a cost-of-living crisis is the impact on charities. When people have less, they have less to give. There are 27,000 registered charities in Aotearoa, many of which provide life-changing services to our society's most vulnerable. As discussed in this RNZ piece, too many are now struggling to make ends meet. To all those currently working in the charity/non-profit sector- you are not invisible. Thank you for all that you do. https://lnkd.in/gUcC9r6e
