Vision to Victory: How We Built an Industry-Standard Solution at #BellForBetter X #BrainStation 24hrs Hackathon In the fast-paced world of tech, it's one thing to learn skills—but it's another to apply them in a way that drives real impact. Recently, at the #BellForBetter X #BrainStation Industry Project Hackathon, my team and I stood out to do just that. Our challenge? To develop a tool that fosters engagement and awareness for employees, customers, and Canadian communities across Bell’s network. Our solution went beyond expectations, impressing judges and ultimately securing us the #WinningTeam title among 9 competing teams. We didn’t just code—we researched, strategized, prototyped, designed, and developed a scalable #Frontend and #Backend product that aligns with Bell’s mission to serve its communities. This project gave me the chance to flex my #SoftwareDevelopment #UXUIDesign skills, and truly see how powerful tech can be when it’s created with purpose. 🌟 Hackathon Success: Embracing the "Useless" Project with Tinkerhub! 🌟 I’m thrilled to share that my team and I just wrapped up our first hackathon organized by Tinkerhub, and we decided to have a little fun with our project. We challenged ourselves to create something entirely “useless” yet entertaining. Introducing our Funny Random Quote Generator website! 🎉😂 In a world where every app claims to solve serious problems, we took a different route. Our project is all about delivering laughter and inspiration through a collection of hilariously random quotes that are sure to brighten your day (or at least make you chuckle). 😄💬 Here are a few key takeaways from this hackathon experience: 1. Creativity Over Practicality: Sometimes, the most fun projects are the ones that don’t take themselves too seriously. 🎨 2. Team Collaboration: Working with my amazing teammates reminded me of the power of diverse ideas and perspectives in crafting something unique. 🤝 3.
