Business is based on trust, and a huge part of building trust with a potential customer is being able to show your work. That’s where case study videos come in! The goal with this project was to help our longtime friends at PharmaMed to showcase the incredible problem-solving and artistry that their team puts into every one of their machines. These videos are used on their website as case studies as well as for in-person meetings with potential customers. This allows them to see in detail how PharmaMed was able to solve different technical problems using different types of technology - helping them to see that yes, PharmaMed is a good option for solving their problems too. Our approach to creating case study/product videos is to keep them informational without being boring, making them fun and engaging to watch while also communicating important technical information. We take time getting to know how the machines work, then find ways to visually tell the story of what the machine does in a cinematic way.
