August was a whirlwind! 🌪️ This past month, I pushed boundaries, connected deeply, and embraced new challenges: 𝟭. 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝟱 𝗱𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Each one reshaped my perspective and introduced me to incredible minds. 𝟮. 𝗗𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸: One more gem that’s already making an impact. 𝟯. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝟱 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲-𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: These conversations? Absolute gold. 𝟰. 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: Went beyond the basics to uncover strategies that truly move the needle. 𝟱. 18 years. We never imagined—my good friends and co-founders, Rindor and Michael —that we’d be here still with Verve. The market keeps changing, and so do we. Reinventing, evolving, staying nimble—that’s the job. The secret: it’s not just about change; it’s about the consistency beneath it. It’s the power of doing the small things right, even when it's raining. The compound interest of effort. Of overdelivering when no one’s looking. Of shining light on every customer and teammate as the foundation of our future. It’s the paradox: stay disciplined, stay reliable, yet embrace reinvention. That’s how you end up somewhere remarkable. And we’re not done. We’re still learning and just getting started. Onward to the next 18.
