To wrap up the year, our team at CCC tried our hands at pottery for a team bonding activity 🎨🙌. The process was uncertain at first, messy during — but fruitful eventually. When tasked to help build each other’s pottery pieces, we heard so many repetitions of “she wants a plate!” “a cup! a cup!”, “is this okay for you?”, and “let Soo Jen fix it for us” 🤣😂. What a perfect metaphor for what we do: helping build each other up, checking in during the process, and working towards a common goal. A reminder that it’s okay to not know at first, to trust the process, and to end with unique pieces we can call truly ours. 🧡
