  • We often get asked, "How do I know if it’s the right therapist-client fit?" The truth is, there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. That’s why we created our #MeetTheCCCTeam series—in hopes of helping you get to know our practitioners better, so you can step into our space with greater ease and assurance. 🌿 Starting our introductions with Wei Bin, who knows how to lighten the mood with a well-timed joke, even amidst the intensity of social and counselling work. Swipe to read about his accreditations and catch a glimpse of his self-care routine (hint: it includes staring at fish for 30 minutes 🐠) - 🛋️ At CCC, we practice systemic therapy—a holistic approach that considers the influence of relationships, families, and communities on mental health, fostering positive change through these connections.  💬 If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health, we’re here to support, with subsidised rates available. Reach out at info@counsel.org.sg or call us at +65 6536 6366.

  • 🌏 Shaping the Future of Counselling: 2025 and Beyond As we look toward 2025, we’re reflecting on how far CCC has come and the exciting journey ahead. Reducing service costs by 25-30% has been a significant step toward making therapy more accessible to those who need it. We’re expanding our reach—embracing regional collaborations and exploring meaningful areas like supporting older adults and corporate well-being. At the heart of it all is our commitment to family therapy. By pushing practice research, we’re not just refining our craft but working to establish Singapore as a hub for excellence in this field. And as the world around us evolves, so do we. From integrating AI into adult education to creating personalised learning journeys, preparing for the future also means reimagining what’s possible while staying grounded in what truly matters. As we continue forging towards the future, we’re looking forward to continuously working with our partners within the sector. Here’s to 2025!

  • To wrap up the year, our team at CCC tried our hands at pottery for a team bonding activity 🎨🙌. The process was uncertain at first, messy during — but fruitful eventually. When tasked to help build each other’s pottery pieces, we heard so many repetitions of “she wants a plate!” “a cup! a cup!”, “is this okay for you?”, and “let Soo Jen fix it for us” 🤣😂. What a perfect metaphor for what we do: helping build each other up, checking in during the process, and working towards a common goal. A reminder that it’s okay to not know at first, to trust the process, and to end with unique pieces we can call truly ours. 🧡

  • It’s Christmas Day! 🎄🤍 From the team at CCC, warmest wishes to you — may your day be bright, and filled with love, rest and intention. While a season of festivity, the celebrations can sometimes be hard too; whether we are missing home, missing someone, being at the cusp of year-end, or simply feeling overwhelmed by all the engagements. Remember - this is, too, a season of rest. 💚

  • 🌏 CCC at the 1st Asia Pacific Population Health Conference 🌏 We joined professionals from across the region at the inaugural Asia Pacific Population Health Conference, where we explored groundbreaking approaches to improving population health. Two key insights that we shared during the conference: 💡 How family therapy can play a crucial role in supporting the mental health of chronic illness patients and their families, providing a foundation for resilience and recovery. 💡 The importance of integrating mental and social care systems for effective rehabilitation of chronic disease in Singapore, fostering a holistic approach to patient well-being. In line with our commitment to continue collaborating with experts and organisations to push the frontiers of population health, here's to building systems that care for both mind and body. #PopulationHealth #FamilyTherapy #ChronicIllnessCare #IntegratedCare #MentalHealth

  • On 22nd November, we attended the Singapore Counselling & Psychotherapy Symposium organised by Singapore Association for Counselling. Dr Chua represented us in sharing about the current best practices and future developments in systemic counselling and family therapy. It’s always insightful for us to be part of events like these — it reminds us of how we are part of a bigger community, and the need for integration among multi disciplines. We’re encouraged in our mission to continuously meet the needs of the mental well-being of our communities in Singapore. 🙌🏻🍃
