Friends of TRF know we greatly respect Doug Conant, but do you know why he's such an impactful leader? At the start of Conant's tenure at Campbell's Soup, its culture was poor and its employee experience was negative. For this reason, one of his first moves was to introduce the "Campbell Promise" ie.
