High friction not only means high use of energy, but can also lead to premature seal failure due to wear. Both of these aspects are costly as well as harmful to the environment.optimum friction, sliding and sealing performance in all pressure conditions. Hence the sealing performance increases with the number of sealing edges and their effects. At the same time, dynamic friction slightly increases as the contact area enlarges. Overall, however, it remains at a very low level. Since only the primary sealing edge is engaged in pressure-less conditions the new functional principle minimises the high break-away friction typically occurring after prolonged downtime. This phenomenon is also known as the “Monday morning effect”. The main reasons why the hydraulic cylinder cannot drive the load when working are as follows: 1. Internal leakage. Including leakage caused by excessive wear of cylinder seals, piston rod and sealing cover seals, and piston seals. The reasons for seal leakage between the piston rod and the sealing cover include: seal wrinkling, extrusion, tearing, wear, aging, deterioration, deformation, etc. At this time, the seal should be replaced with a new one. The main causes of excessive piston wear are improper adjustment of the speed control valve, improper installation of seals due to excessive back pressure, or contamination of the hydraulic oil. Secondly, foreign matter enters during installation and the sealing material is of poor quality. The solution is to adjust the speed control valve and determine the required operations and improvements based on the installation conditions. 2. Hydraulic circuit leakage. Including leaks in valves and hydraulic lines. The maintenance method is to check and eliminate the leakage of the hydraulic connection pipeline by operating the reversing valve. 3. The hydraulic oil is bypassed back to the tank through the relief valve. If dirt enters the relief valve and jams the valve core, the relief valve is always open, and the hydraulic oil will bypass the relief valve and flow directly back to the tank, resulting in no oil entering the hydraulic cylinder. If the load is too large, although the adjustment pressure of the relief valve has reached the maximum rating, the hydraulic cylinder still cannot get the thrust required for continuous action and does not act. If the adjustment pressure is low, the required vertebral force for still loading cannot be achieved due to insufficient pressure, which is manifested as insufficient thrust.
