1924 Precision farming & sectional control. Watching the agricultural equipment and technology of 100 years ago and comparing it to days practices, gives some interesting thoughts. Biomass fueled equipment and definitely no compaction issues after the plow went through. My FYP Project! “SOLAR, REVERSE AND CUSTOMIZED TRACKING OF PV MODULES FOR AGRIVOLTAIC SYSTEMS” With its innovative methodology, the project aims to provide a long-term solution that enhances both energy production and agricultural productivity. It represents a leading effort that promotes environmentally sustainable behaviors while addressing increasing demands for food, water, and energy in an organized manner. In order to maximize the benefits of both photovoltaic (PV) energy generation and agricultural production, the main goal of this project is the integration of solar farming with agricultural.

❄Cold storage units powered by decentralized renewables save crops following harvest. Back home, biogas powered chillers doubled the amount of #milk my family is able to keep or sell. 💧After installation of a #diesel powered water #pump, women in my community who previously spent 6 hours per day walking to collect #water for their gardens containing crops like spinach, cabbage, tomatoes, beans, and others now only spend 1-2 hours daily. ☀️Solar #refrigeration systems used to keep #food fresh can also provide cryogenic energy #storage, ensuring more reliable electricity supply. 🥗The role of #decentralized renewables in improving #irrigation, #coldstorage, and agricultural yields will be imperative to reach UN #SDG2 targets for #hunger eradication, especially as climate change is projected to increase #droughts and extreme weather. 🌱Decentralized #renewables, especially #solar irrigation and water pumps, can increase agricultural outputs, as well as increase #diversity of #crop production.
