Savills Investment Management and Greystar have now formed a joint venture to acquire a €150m 455-home development in Spain. The 28,000 sq m (301,400 sq ft) scheme at Calle de Leganés 11 in Méndez Álvaro will operate under Greystar’s new Nera Living brand. Eastdil Secured advised Greystar on the deal.

Recently the promoters of a listed company launched a new venture in the same domain, funded by the primary business, and existing shareholders are left in the dark 🤦 Legal? Perhaps 🙄 Ethical? That’s a different story..... I don't understand why retail investors are the forgotten stepchildren of the financial world?!?!? It’s disheartening to see companies prioritize institutional investors while brushing off the very individuals who fuel their growth. After all, it’s the retail investor who puts their hard-earned savings on the line, yet they often get sidelined in crucial conversations.
