A couple of weeks ago, we had the privilege of hosting the latest Bain & Company #NPSLoyaltyForum at the Carrier Global Headquarters in Florida. Bringing together 100 customer experience leaders from around the world was a celebration. Thanks to each one of you for bringing the insights, the inspiration, and the moments of connection. Your reactions, highlights, and reflections have been a joy to see. I am walking away with some tangible outcomes to deepen our customer-centric journey and inspiration: - Understanding the importance of Promoters. As Fred Reichheld (Bain Fellow, Creator of NPS) shared “Your core customers are your promoters referring you to others”. - Reaffirming that “there is not substitute for spending time with customers” Ajay Agrawal (SVP, Global Services, M&A and Chief Strategy Officer, Carrier). - Turning one major problem identified by your VOC into a strategic objective Melissa Hentschel (CCO, Onbe). - Exploring/reinforcing concepts like Digital Twins (synthetic customers), the Global Standards, Loyalty Economics. This forum was a reminder that change happens when leaders show up and take action. Last week, we had the honor of hosting the Bain NPS Loyalty Forum at our Center for Intelligent Buildings in Florida, bringing together over 100 industry leaders united by a shared commitment to enhancing customer experience.
