Not every person, place, or thing is for you. 💯 And that’s okay. It’s time to prioritize you by unsubscribing from what no longer serves you. When you do, life begins to open up, and you start to find your flow. It creates space for what aligns with you. Opening up the door to manifest more. Make room for things that truly add to your growth and energy. It’s time. May you 🖖🏾 🔆❤️ Charisse Fontes #selfcare Vibe with this? 🙌🏾 Let’s Connect —> Charisse Fontes Culture Conscious? True Joy Flourishes in Connections, in Building Bridges to a Greater Purpose. In the realm of leadership and beyond, lasting happiness emerges from the bonds we nurture and our contributions to a cause greater than ourselves. On this International Day of Happiness, let us reflect on the power of connectivity—not just in forging professional networks, but in creating meaningful, heart-to-heart connections that inspire, uplift, and drive us towards collective triumphs. Together, we're not just teams or organizations; we're communities with the potential to spark change, bring solace, and share in the joy of mutual achievements. Let's commit to cultivating spaces where everyone feels valued, understood, and integral to our shared vision, for it is in unity that our happiness finds its deepest roots and most vibrant blooms. #LeadWithPurpose #ConnectToInspire #InternationalDayOfHappiness #DigitalMarketing #SocialMediaMarketing #GlobalCompany #GLobalDigitalMarketingAgency #ITES ##NebulaPersonalizationTechSolutions

TL;DR: We are growing and want to help others grow too. Long version: We are privileged that we have grown from strength to strength in the work we do which has necessitated growing the team- and we have a very strong, young group of passionate individuals working to conserve our ecosystems and species together with business. We interviewed and were inspired by many candidates, and although we couldn't find opportunities for everyone, the dire need for jobs in the sector was highlighted. We are going to be working hard this year in building capacity: 🧑🎓Within businesses to understand and manage biodiversity better; 🧑🎓 Amongst sustainability professionals to better handle the onslaught of corporate nature-related expectations; 🧑🎓 Amongst Executives and Directors to future-proof their industries wisely 🧑🎓 Amongst you! - job seekers and colleagues, and interested people, who want to upskill themselves in this exciting area. We want to help you all achieve your goals meaningfully to better help others. We will post more details soon, but watch this space. The team is excited to grow our communities. #skillsdevelopment #fosteringcommunity #BiodiversityIsYourBusiness #leadership #biodiversity #conservation #businessforgood #BiodiversityDisclosureProject
What does it mean to be a Manager ? For me, that word means very little. It implies something that has to be wrangled, coerced, changed. Rather, I want to co-create with my team. I've built up an incredible team with new members that have just started and I'm so proud to be part of it. Yesterday, we had our first official team meeting, and we sat on these logs under a tree at the office and talked about the real things. What we value. What are boundaries are. What we want to achieve personally, and professionally. How we want to support each other. You spend most of your life working. And in conservation, this means a passioned and volatile work experience. I spoke about how I want better balance and better management of my ecological grief that I feel when faced with our planetary crises. I only hope my team trusts me as I trust each of them. Because that shit is what's important. Looking forward to fun this year! #biodiversity #conservation #doinggood #protectingforevertogether
