We had a small but mighty group in my #womensleadership workshop today! The topic was the Alignment of the 5 Elements of Wellbeing and personal Core Values. We also studied BJ Fogg, PhD's Tiny Habits method and created "recipes" to turn small actions into habits. The group shared their top personal core values, which included Autonomy, Honesty, Kindness, Altruism, Loyalty, Justice, Family, Creativity, to name a few. By the end of the workshop, they created #tinyhabits to line up with their personal #goals, that are in alignment with their #wellbeing and #corevalues. Here are a couple examples: ✅ After I start my lunch hour, I will not check my email and take a real break (career wellbeing) ✅ After I get to work, I will sit in my parked car and listen to one song to help me decompress from the traffic before going into the office (Kindness core value) ✅ After I get the baby's milk ready in the morning, I will remember to pack my own lunch to bring to work (physical wellbeing) These are a couple examples of how you can start building healthy habits by starting small, in alignment with your values and longer-term goals. This was the 4th of 6 group workshops.
