🚀 Exciting News from Fortum Spark Innovation Challenge 2024! 🚀 We are thrilled to announce that CuRen, an innovative battery-technology developer, has won the Fortum Spark Innovation Challenge 2024! 🎉 The finals took place yesterday at Fortum's side event at Slush, where CuRen's groundbreaking copper flow batteries impressed the jury with their cost-effective, sustainable solution for long-duration energy storage. 🌍🔋 CuRen's technology addresses the limitations of existing battery systems and promises to accelerate the adoption of renewables, driving the decarbonisation of the energy market. The judges praised CuRen for their solution's feasibility, high credibility, and large commercial potential. As the winner, CuRen will receive €50,000 and six months of development support from Fortum to further develop and implement their solution. Congratulations to CuRen!
