During my catch ups with travel managers over the last couple of years, the same question came up repeatedly: “Hey Greg, how are you solving for guest travel?” The conversation then waxed nostalgic for Pana. Candidates, HCPs, speakers, board members, interns, crew members, teams, freelancers - we’ve all got ‘em. Yet there’s no off-the-shelf product to provide a well-lit path for these stressed travelers. Pana pulled it together so well - intake, booking, payment, super fast reimbursement, and empathic live support along the way. So what’s a travel manager to do? This one gave up full time employment and partnered with an A-team to pick up where Pana left off. We’re building as I write. If you’re an innovative travel manager and you have the guest travel pain, give me a shout. I want to hear your rant. Your feedback will shape the future of guest travel.
