🎉Congratulations to our Chief Revenue Officer, Linda Villani, for being named one of the 2025 Working Mothers of the Year in the Trailblazer Moms category! 🎉 Linda said: "Being recognized as a Trailblazer means so much because it acknowledges the balance of thriving in my career while being a present, loving mother. It’s about breaking barriers and showing what’s possible." We couldn’t be prouder of Linda and all the other amazing honorees. #SheRunsIt #WorkingMothersOfTheYear

My 80th birthday party was a few months back. 🎉 The celebration was incredible! And it wasn’t JUST for me. It was for all the women who attended. Women in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and even a few in their 70s came to celebrate with me. I took them through several deep, transformative exercises to embrace their womanhood, and one of those exercises continues to surprise me every time. I asked each woman to recall as many ancestors as they could… … But ONLY on their mother’s side. I was only concerned about matrilineal ancestors. And guess how far back most could go? Only TWO (maybe three) generations. 🫢 That meant they could only name their mother and grandmother, and that was it. How sad is that? Women’s contributions have historically primarily been forgotten. I could only name two generations and was facilitating the exercise (yes, even me)! But my Mom died when I was young. She never got to live out her legacy. I never wanted that to happen to me and SHE IS the reason why it won’t. SHE is what sparked the work I do today: lifting women up to their full potential. I am making my mark on the world and empowering other women to do the same. 🌟Now is the time to BUILD YOUR LEGACY. 🌟 Your great-granddaughters, great-great-granddaughters, and so on will be able to NAME you and what you contributed to the world. If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that I believe your BEST work can be accomplished in the last 5% of your life. But that doesn’t mean you have to wait that long. You can start NOW. Want to build a legacy that the generations after you will remember? Want to reach your full power and potential as the incredible woman you are? I have some coaching spots available! Book a call with me (link in my bio)!

Talk to me about joining a company that supports the below.
We are proud to support The Senior Source which serves older adults in the Dallas area. Several Globe Life employees attended the organization's 30th Anniversary Spirit of Generations Luncheon, which honored individuals who have contributed significantly in "thoughts, words, and deeds' to all generations of the Dallas community past, present, and future.

Gratitude upon gratitude for the women who have shaped our lives: the mothers, grandmothers, mother-like neighbors and friends who shaped us and shape us still. We would be less capable, less attuned to life, less fortunate without them. Happy Mother’s Day to all of you strong mothers, mentors, and friends! #mothersday #projectmanager #projectmanagement #businessconsulting #pmtips

In honor of Women’s History Month, let’s have an honest conversation about “having it all.” A lot of women I know (myself included) have felt pressured to have it all, be it all, and do it all both personally and professionally. We want to be there for our families, succeed at work, and give back to our communities but when all of those things are said and done, there’s often no time left to show up for ourselves. I want to encourage my fellow female friends and colleagues out there that… It’s ok to not be everything to everyone. It’s ok to say “my calendar is full.” And it’s ok to ask for help when you need it. My advice? Find the level of support that you need to succeed, and don’t be afraid to increase it when life gets busy! Whether it’s calling for takeout during a go-live, getting extra eyes on a work deliverable, or requesting help with other life-admin projects, start seeing your “yes” to help as a “yes” to caring for yourself ❤️ Any other ideas or suggestions for balancing life and work? Would love to hear what tips and tricks have worked for you!

Is Hispanic Heritage Month just a box to check on the DEI list? 🤔 Every year, during Hispanic Heritage Month, we see a surge of posts, events, and campaigns celebrating our culture. And that’s great, but what happens when October ends? For years, I’ve seen how Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives can stay at a surface level if not approached correctly. Celebrating Hispanic heritage shouldn’t be an annual event but a daily integration into our strategies and decisions. The reality is, beyond the hashtags and events, there’s real work to be done. True change begins when we stop viewing DEI as a task to complete and start living it as an authentic commitment. This takes introspection, uncomfortable conversations, and yes, continuous effort. And it’s not just about marketing. It’s about truly understanding the people who make up our companies and communities. It’s about creating spaces where Hispanic voices, and all diverse voices, are heard and valued every day of the year. So, as we celebrate this month, ask yourself: How can I go beyond symbolism? How can I make inclusion a fundamental part of my daily work? #insurance #entrepreneur #womeninpower #womenininsurance #latinpower Ready to build your u nstoppable team? Let’s connect to explore how my speaking, training, and consulting services can drive impactful results for your organization. 💌 Send me a DM to discuss how we can achieve excellence together.

🌟I've been reflecting on the thought-provoking female founder breakfast I attended last week. 🌷 In light of Mother's Day, I wanted to share some resonant takeaways: 1. Many women feel torn between pursuing their entrepreneurial dreams and starting a family. 2. The reality of "mom guilt" hits hard, especially when work travel takes us away from our children. 3. Maternity leave, particularly for solo founders, often feels like an impossible balancing act. 4. There was focus was on profitability and sustainable growth—a path less emphasized in many founder discussions. 5. Passion for our company's mission can fluctuate, but maintaining conviction is key. 5. While our companies may feel like extensions of ourselves, it's crucial to separate our identities for better stress management. 💪 I watched in awe as my mother built and sold multiple companies while raising four children. And have so much respect for the those who have chosen to focus on their companies, and those who have dedicated their focus to motherhood (or anything in between!). 🛣 Breakfast was a poignant reminder of the difficult choices women must make, regardless of their chosen path. Thank you for bringing us all together Madeline Minshew and Kathryn Minshew!
