𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽? Here's the most important quality you should look for in your candidates: 💻 Passion It's more important than their college degree, years of experience, or knowledge of specific programming languages. You want someone who 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗦 what they do. Passion is what drives them to learn new things, take risks, and innovate. It's the 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲 that makes a great developer. So, how do you find passionate candidates? 1. Look beyond the resume 2. Check their side projects 3. Ask about their learning habits 4. Assess their problem-solving approach. 5. Consider their long-term goals. 6. Assess their adaptability to learning new technologies. Hiring passionate #developers might take extra effort, but it's worth it. They are the ones who will take your #startup or your #business to the next level.

Until now, I was figuring it out by Myself with the help of interns and what not. But it's not possible anymore. Need a good team. At 0to16, we believe we have a great idea. We have a great prototype in process too. We know the steps we want to follow as well. But what we do not have? We do not have a tech guy! Someone who can lead the development and get us to our MVP asap! And I am not talking about hiring someone. We need someone who believes in the idea, and is willing to join hands in building this product. Someone with grit, determination, perseverance, and talent. Someone who lives and breathes tech and would love to build products, get feedback, upgrade, and do it all over again.
