"Object-oriented communications" As part of the concept of "Object-oriented transformation" One of the most important characteristics of virtual reality and immersive environments. Immersion: It is the complete feeling that the user is part of the virtual environment that surrounds him, and this includes feeling influences through the senses, and responding to them. Interaction and control: It includes dealing with objects and determining their locations, movement, and directions. All of this requires a flexible ground in which the senses, work activities, and the language of communication are integrated at the same time. Object-oriented communication is a proposed approach to communication that relies on simulating and representing real reality, from more than one angle, and virtually, by dealing with objects as the point that distinguishes this merger between the two worlds. By creating more than one perspective of our surrounding environment, from multiple angles, each perspective provides a different level of detail, meeting the needs of a specific part of the work and communication requirements of an immersive environment. With the aim of providing an immersive experience, for all parties, including beneficiaries, to support communication and understanding in a mixed environment. And through the following: -Use case diagram: How will our system (product) interact with the outside world? -Class plan: What things do we need? What are her relationships? -Cooperation scheme: How do objects cooperate with each other? -Sequence diagram: How do objects cooperate over time? -State diagram: What states should objects be in? -Packaging Blueprint: How will we shape our business? -Component diagram: How will the product components be connected? -Deployment plan: What is the most appropriate way to form the product, for the purpose of preparing it for the customer? Today we see the importance of this orientation (object orientation) in the latest technological developments, which is considered an important breakthrough and the beginning of a new era. #ImmersiveTechnologies: Seeking Insights in other heavy asset industries. Driving Immersive Technologies Hub here at Ørsted, our goal has always been to bring cool innovative tech such as #MixedReality, #VirtualReality, and #3D #DigitalTwin to our regional #windfarms, unlocking new possibilities for operational performance and efficiency. I am happy to reflect on the incredible progress we have made since the early days when the tech was merely a strategic theme. Big thanks to all the fellow innovation enthusiasts in Operations who have been working with us. 3D Digital Twins serve as virtual replicas of the actual assets, allowing to predict and prevent equipment failures, optimize maintenance schedules, and simulate scenarios to improve operational efficiency. Engineers and operators can explore every component and aspect of the asset, from its structural integrity to its performance metrics, all within a virtual environment. Imagine planning a component replacement or inspection and walking around it in a 3D environment, with the ability to manipulate parts, test system values, and follow step-by-step instructions. Collaborating with partners like #Cognite, #Microsoft, #Google, we've embarked on an exciting journey to trial some of the Digital Twin technology. However, there is still much more to do to establish this concept as fully functioning.
