Merry Christmas if you celebrate it, happy holidays if not, and for each and every single one of you and us a peaceful new year! The spinning object in the picture is a high resolution x-ray scan of a Christmas star made in Thuringia that we borrowed from Museum der Kulturen Basel. 🎯The best part is when organizations accommodate those with unapparent #disabilities, those who don't have those particular needs benefit as well. Who doesn't need a quiet time at one time or another?! When you design a work or play environment for those who are historically marginalized, you increase access and remove structural barriers for everyone. That #compassion demonstrated for a person or group in their particulary context is #culturalintelligence in action. That action creates more overall retention, engagement and commitment within any organization.

I'm doing a quick piece of research about how museums are generating revenue online in 2024. If you work in a museum and you have two minutes to answer some quick multiple choice questions it'd be extremely helpful. I'll be sharing the results, so everyone can benefit from the overview.
