It‘s time to celebrate! 🏆 We are joining forces with our digital workforce! We often tend to be overwhelmed by our work challenges… new regulatory topics, process challenges, digital hurdles … way too many topics at the same time. No matter where you look, a million tasks waiting for you. You finish one while you get two new ones. Frustrating sometimes. Thus, it is even more important to enjoy success! Hold your breath for a moment and reflect on what has been achieved! Today was such a moment! In our team, we jointly defined our key milestones, our „lighthouse projects“, with each team member having his/her own. Quite big projects actually that drive our Procurement transformation. Last week, we accomplished the first one. Our first Procurement robot went live: Mr Excelsius has joined the team to support us in analysis and communication tasks! We are super proud! The concept of educating a purchaser to become a robot programmer was a test run, a new step in the continuous digitalization of Ergo Procurement. An adventure we totally believed in from day 1. The go-live has proven us right! All congratulations go out to Simone Kolbe ! Phantastic achievement! It shows again, that it is more than worth to believe in your own development and capabilities. Things that seemed to be impossible just a few months before have now become reality. ❤️ And the next completed lighthouse projects are just around the corner 🏆

Today is launch day! 🚀 🚀 As a dad of 2, I've had wonderful experiences with Intermountain Health and the doctors/nurses that provided care for my wife and 2 boys when they were born. There were times they went above and beyond and it didn't feel like a simple "thank you" was enough. The external recognition feature changes the way that employees are recognized and allows many frontline workers to be highlighted in ways they couldn't be previously. Historically, it's not just me who wishes there were better ways to recognize the employees who assist my family at the hospital. Deloitte recently published an article (linked in comments) discussing how employers can help close the tech gap for frontline workers and this statistic stood out: "80% of frontline employees say that their company provides few connection opportunities at work." 😬 External recognition helps engage the deskless and frontline workforce by allowing their customers to celebrate the individuals that create meaningful experiences for their brand. Super pumped for this launch and what it will create for the employees of the companies we work with!

⭐️ Cheers to 20 years ⭐️ We are excited to share that March 10 marked Red Team's 20th anniversary. We are humbled by the incredible journey of the past two decades. What began as a one-person company in March of 2004 has far exceeded our initial expectations. Like most small companies figuring out how to survive, we relied on our wits, experience, and a little bit of luck to overcome hurdles. We were also incredibly fortunate to have so many talented people join us that were driven by the same commitment to excellence, integrity, and humility. Companies don’t flourish for 20 years without the love and dedication from its staff, and we are no exception – our collective team has allowed us to not only survive but prosper during the most challenging times. Looking back on 20 years, we can confidently state that our aspirations were modest; we were just focused on helping our clients navigate federal procurement. Little did we know that we were really empowering them to make strategic decisions to achieve their long-term growth objectives. It is an honor to be entrusted by so many companies to support their growth – further, we are appreciative of how welcoming industry and government have been to our company over the years. As we look to the future, we aspire to continually help our clients expand and achieve their goals beyond where they are today.
