🎓 Excited to Share My Graduation Project for which I proudly secured generous funding from Information Technology Industry Development Agency, ITIDA through ITAC graduation projects support program, and earned an "A" grade (#GPA: 4:00)! 🎓 I’m thrilled to announce the details of my Graduation Project from Zewail City of Science and Technology; Nanotechnology and Nano-electronics Engineering Program! In this project, We developed an innovative #Solar_Panel_Smart_Automated_Cleaner_Robot to address the significant efficiency losses caused by dust collection on solar panels, especially in arid regions where water is scarce. This project integrated advanced #AI, #Deep_Learning, #Computer_Vision, and #Embedded_Systems technologies to create an autonomous, efficient, and environmentally friendly cleaning solution. 🔧 Key Features and Achievements: AI, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision Integration: Developed sophisticated AI algorithms for dust detection and edge detection. Innovative Dry-Cleaning Technology: Implemented a unique dry-cleaning system that uses electrostatic and vibration-based techniques to remove dust without water, making it ideal for regions with water usage restrictions. Autonomous Operation: The robot operates autonomously, reducing the need for manual intervention. It uses advanced AI algorithms for navigation and dust detection, ensuring efficient cleaning cycles. Additionally, it relies on a Smart Automated Green Charging System with a small solar panel on the top surface of the robot. User-Friendly Interface: Developed a mobile application for easy control and monitoring of the robot. The interface provides real-time feedback, alerts, and notifications, ensuring smooth and efficient operation. Economic and Environmental Impact: The robot significantly reduces maintenance costs and labor associated with manual cleaning, provides a high return on investment, and promotes the use of clean energy by maintaining the optimal performance of solar panels.
