Fewer than 10% of CEOs at UK FTSE 350 companies are female. Women hold fewer than 20% of commercial roles on FTSE 350 boards and exec committees. Women were less likely to hold influential executive roles. Female board members are more likely to be given so-called ‘functional roles’ like HR or marketing. 👆🏼Those four stats are just the tip of the iceberg. And it’s outrageous. It’s infuriating. It’s simply not good enough. It’s time to stand up and say not anymore! To not only join the conversation - but take that conversation forward in a way that sees real action and systemic change. It was a real honour to be in a room of 80 people committed to doing just that yesterday.
