Job Description:
Manpower Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Recruiter - Talent Acquisition in Pune. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our clients' non-IT hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, while maintaining communication with candidates throughout.
6. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate reports as needed.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in non-IT hiring to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
8. Contribute to team meetings, share insights, and collaborate with colleagues to meet recruitment goals and objectives.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience (1-5 years) in staffing or recruitment, with a focus on non-IT hiring.
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
6. Adaptability and flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively both in-office and remotely.
7. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering high-quality talent solutions to clients.
