You'll never have to ask your clients for testimonials after knowing this I’m sure I’m not the only one who finds testimonials a bit staged and unnatural Asking clients, “Please send a video saying nice things about me” is honestly not my style So I’ve started collecting testimonials in a different way. 1/ I record the regular calls I have with my clients with their permission of course. 2/ I capture the parts where they appreciate me and my work. 3/ And compile those clips together to create a short testimonial video. This feels way more natural and genuine to me And it saves you from the clients who refuse to give you testimonials at the end of the project. What makes a testimonial powerful? Showing that another human used your product & liked it is what gives testimonials value. "Well duh, Jaden" You'd be surprised at how many businesses suck at this. If you put a chunk of text with quotations around them... How does that show that human liked your product? This is rendering your testimonial posts useless. At the very least... Add a picture of the person next to their testimonial. OR, even better, get a video testimonial.

Have you ever wondered why you need to ask for testimonials? Why don't your clients give you testimonials? Why? Because you don't over-deliver. If you actually deliver for your clients, each message they send becomes a testimonial. And the big difference between these testimonials and the ones you ask for is: They are honest. They actually WANT to thank you for your service. Which means the testimonial is 10 times more valuable.

Testimonials… I’ve been getting clients to use a template for gathering testimonials, especially video testimonials for some time now. Often people find getting testimonials, even off the most successful of clients, really tricky with lots of chasing up. Just imagine your ideal clients coming to your profile and they are one step away from fulfilling their dreams and desires. How excited would you be? Imagine in your profile is everything your ideal client needs to move to the next level that they desire. How happy would you be? Your banner sells your USP. Your profile picture sells you as someone worth doing business with. Your featured section talks about their problem with a link to book a call with you to give them clarity. Your headline talks about who you are and how you help them. Your content breaks down their problems and gives solutions on how to solve them.
