I honestly LOVE THIS!! 😍 Not just because I'm obsessed with Pac-man (fyi - played it for years back in actual arcades and digitally when Windows XP was a thing), but also because of how interactive and engaging this box is! Now this...even service companies can do it. How? In very creative ways. However, service companies can't think beyond email and LinkedIn posts. Unfortunately, they are not interested anymore in BTL and less and less ATL, the former being 'vague' and 'costly' with no 'definitive ROI'. Have we forgotten that the brand is more than a set of responses to a sales pitch, much more than a 'what we are saying is what you get'...? Brands - services or products - have one thing in common - Customer Experience. So why assume that Product companies can create such experiences but not Services companies? There is nothing that creativity can solve in cases where there is nothing much outcomes to sell.
