To achieve product-market fit (PMF), startups should conduct thorough market research, engage in customer discovery, and continuously iterate their product. It's crucial to be prepared to pivot if the initial offering doesn't resonate with the target audience. While having an innovative product or service is important, a groundbreaking idea alone is not enough for startup success.

Why has the "stealth startup" designation become so popular? Is it because . . . 👉 A. The idea is easy to replicate in a small market with no barriers to entry (in which case, it needs to stay "stealth" until the product is ready for prime time). B. The idea is incredibly complex in a huge market with high barriers to entry (in which case, I'm not sure why it would need to be "stealth"). C. The founder(s) have no idea how to articulate what problem the product solves and for whom it solves that problem, but the tech is really slick. D. Other E. None of the Above - Steve has no understanding of what a "stealth startup" actually is. #StealthStartup #Strategery
