Instead of capability building, focusing on a handful of real policy cases will offer the needed context to make change happen. (And then you can build capability because you can show what good looks like). 👉🏻 Know your limits, know your role. Designers easily become this Swiss knifes and almost taking roles that are not really their responsibility, and this can lead to us working or getting stuck in places where we ultimately cannot have the strategic impact. We should learn and understand things, but not mistake them as our role. #sdngc24
