UL62368-1 is a safety regulation standard based on the HBSE danger protection engineering principle. This concept is slightly different from the current regulation standard, which covers the danger to people and the environment in information products and audio and video equipment, as well as the corresponding danger protection. In fact, UL62368-1 is a combined version of AV audio UL60065 and IT information UL60950.

A very common finding I find on a lot of vessels when doing a survey is loosely draped wire like this. Usually from a stereo installation from someone not used to working on boats. ABYC E-11 recommends all wiring be secured every 18" along with several other standards regarding correct installation and routing of electrical conductors.
