Who says agency recruiters and internal talent acquisition can't get along? 😊 It's so easy to fall into the "us vs. them" mentality when you're caught between the corporate world and staffing agencies. But let me tell you, that's not the case here! I can't speak highly enough about Jason Stanley and his amazing team—they've truly fostered a collaborative partnership with our internal TA & HR teams, and we work hand-in-hand to get things done. There’s absolutely a time and a place for agency support, and when I need that extra boost, Magnified Talent is always my first choice.

The amount of times I've heard the phrase "I don't know why we're not making the right hires but we can't afford to hire a recruiter" from CEO's is absolutely bananas.
