Let's not kid ourselves, NOBODY helps you get the underwater things right. 💯 We pin our hopes to MEDICATION. And it can mask the symptoms temporarily, but cannot undo the years of unhealthy choices and unhelpful habits, we keep practicing! 🙏 No one will keep you accountable to doing your INNER WORK (this can include THERAPY). It's not their job, it's not their obligation! It's your duty. ✅ Employers cannot UNDO this with a WELLBEING programme or two. It is CULTURAL and SYSTEMIC and it runs deeper than just the office. It starts with you! 💪 The RESPONSIBILITY sits within each of us. Don't let the unseen foundation crumble, because MEDITATION is only able to calm the SYMPTOMS temporarily. ❤️ The sustainable plan is your INNER WORK (this includes THERAPY) and this is not a quick fix.
