The sign is up for our new tenant, RSH Legal … When we purchased this property two years ago, all of the tenants were there for a while with the exception of Clean Laundry moving in… What I didn’t expect or know when buying it is that within 2 years, two of the tenants would move out leaving two vacant spaces… Those two spaces were back filled with new tenants within a month of being vacant… Tenants won’t be there forever, real estate is cyclical.
