Update on my Coolbellup project... Renovate/ develop I retained the existing dwelling & renovated it, converting from a 3x1 to a 4x2. Because of the location of the house on the block & being a corner, I was able to build an additional dwelling each side. The result is three street front properties. Construction progress: Lot 1 - Slab down, Brickwork starting in two weeks Lot 2 - Fully renovated Lot 3 - Plate height, Roof Carpenter starts next week
