Did you know that over the past decade, women’s representation has increased at every level of corporate management? According to the recent Women in the Workplace 2024 Report by McKinsey & Company. Most notably, women today make up 29 percent of C-suite positions, compared with just 17 percent in 2015. However, progress has been much slower earlier in the pipeline, at the entry and manager levels. At the current pace of progress, it would take 22 years for White women to reach parity—and it would take more than twice as long for women of color.
