🎯 The Goal: Design a comfortable product that provides butt protection against the wet and cold of the slopes for skiers and snowboarders of all ages. 💡Meet the Designer: John Trousdale (skier and tinkerer) was tired of spending perfect powder days on the slopes with cold, soggy, droopy drawers. From this discomfort, his brilliant idea was born. 🛠️ The Problem & Opportunity: John saw what was already on the market and created a design that would take bum protection for skiers and snowboards to the next level in terms of performance and comfort. 🏂❄️The Results: I helped John turn his rough sketch into a real product by giving expert advice and helping him work out developmental tweaks. recently one customers demand us to make padel racket with strcuture: 3 layers glassfiber+ 1 layer carbon fiber after he got the sample, he felt it a bit soft, and begin to doubt if we produce based on his requirements while the truth is: when we make the sample, we need to ensure the balance and the weight of the sample(around 360g). with normal structure ( 2 layers glassfiber+ 1 layer carbon fiber): per square meter ,one layer glassfiber is 200g per square meter , that makes glassfiber total 400g per sqaure meter with ( 3 layers glassfiber+ 1 layer carbon fiber), to ensure the sample weight around (360g), one layer glassfiber is 200g per square meter, the rest 2 layers is around 85g per layer per square meter, that makes glassfiber total 200+85*2=370g per square meter the structure is 400-370=30g glassfiber less than normal structure per square meter. besides, we have made double vibration absorption structure around the handle, it makes it feelsoft, while the power should be strong. then what is the solution? use the structure: 2 layers glassfiber+ 1 layer carbon fiber and one layer glassfiber plain weave+ another layer glassfiber twill weave #padelracket #adidaspadel #padel #beachtennisracket #racquet #sports #paddle #bullpadel #siux
