June 6, 1966: A Landmark Day in Legal History On this day in 1966, the Supreme Court of the United States made a historic decision in the case of Miranda v. Arizona. The court ruled that suspects must be informed of their rights, including the right to remain silent and the right to an attorney, before being questioned by police. **Victory in the Pursuit of Justice** Today, I had the opportunity to stand before the honorable High Court in opposition to a bail plea under Section 302. Despite the challenge of insufficient evidence against the accused, I remained determined to ensure that justice prevails.
