If you are experiencing sleep problems, it is important to see a doctor. However, even if you do not have a disorder that leads to sleep deprivation, it is still important to get enough sleep. You may fall asleep no matter what you are doing, even if that sleep isn’t as restful as your body needs. However, severe, chronic sleep deprivation may actually lead to death. This can occur in extremely uncommon disorders such as fatal familial insomnia or sporadic fatal insomnia. If you suspect that you may be experiencing sleep deprivation, it is important to talk to your doctor about the problem and see if there is anything that can be done to improve your sleep quality. .#AIinHealthcare #AI #SleepDisorder #Diagnosis #Innovations #Medicine #artificialintelligence #sleep #sleepapnea #sleepdisorders #healthcare

Most with sleep apnea are unfortunately undiagnosed — a critical barrier to getting tested is noticing symptoms of the condition! It’s not always easy to get people to see that they have sleep apnea symptoms, but it’s essential to take the time to overcome these barriers to get a good insight into your risk. Take time to consider whether you might have missed seeing the unmistakable symptoms of sleep apnea, like snoring, morning headaches, daytime fatigue, and lack of energy.
