Transformational leaders seek to transform the ecosystem,businesses or groups in which they lead by inspiring innovation These leaders are all about making improvements and finding better ways to get things done. And as a result, they inspire and empower other people to own their work and chime in with their suggestions or observations about how things could be streamlined or upgraded. 2. Servant leadership Manmohan Singh operated with the motto: Serve first and lead second. Rather than thinking about how he coul inspire people to follow their lead, the channelised the thought leaders into finding ways that they can help others.
