With the advancement of technology, we often seek the shortest route to achieve our goals. Unfortunately, this mindset has influenced our approach to health, leading many to look for shortcuts. What comes to mind when you think of "health + shortcuts"? Supplements. Supplements have been marketed to be magic pills that can solve every health problem one might have. While this may be true in some cases, we've been conditioned to believe that supplements are superior to, and can replace, a balanced diet. (In my experience, 3 out of 4 clients now ask me to recommend them a supplement even when they don't require one!) To help shift this narrative and provide clarity, I've put together a list of the pros and cons of dietary supplements. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen, as self-prescribing will do more harm than good. PS. Remember, no supplement can replace the benefits of a well-rounded, nutritious diet. Share your thoughts and experiences with supplements in the comments below.🌱 #supplements #selfprescribing #nutrition #balanceddiet #shortcutsinhealth

🩸 Is your blood sugar product really acting on the root cause? Are you aware that some ingredients can genuinely fight the root cause of glycemic stress by preventing high glycemic peaks following meals? Most dietary supplements for blood sugar act downstream by forcing the body to produce more insulin, and they miss an opportunity to work upstream before ingested glucose reaches the bloodstream. By doing so, they are also sparing our essential glycemic control systems. In addition, science showed that acting upstream on blood sugar is more effective in protecting glycemic function and generating long-term metabolic health benefits. ➡️ That's what our ingredient, InSea, does!
