Myth Alert: "Can Butterfly Exercise really unblock fallopian tubes? Spoiler Alert: No, your tubes aren't that magical." Here’s the truth: Blocked fallopian tubes are caused by scarring, infections, or conditions like endometriosis. While exercises like the butterfly pose are great for flexibility and pelvic strength, they do not have the ability to clear blockages. Bottom Line: Butterfly poses are helpful for improving flexibility and pelvic health, but blocked fallopian tubes require medical intervention. Stay informed and consult a specialist for accurate advice. #MythBusting #FertilityFacts #ButterflyPose #PelvicHealth #GynecologistApproved

Do you ever feel like you just can't empty your bladder? You're not alone! Try my double voiding technique next time and let me know if it helps! Double voiding is a technique used to help ensure that the bladder is completely emptied. It involves urinating, then waiting a few moments before attempting to urinate again. Adding in diaphragmatic breathing and pelvic movements can help relax and reposition the bladder to get that last tidbit out. This practice can be beneficial for individuals who have difficulty emptying their bladder completely in one go, such as those with urinary retention, certain neurological conditions, or an enlarged prostate. The goal with double voiding is to reduce the residual urine left in the bladder, which can help prevent urinary tract infections and improve bladder health. https://lnkd.in/edkNTjzp #pelvichealth #bladderhealth #bladdertips #bladdercontrol #bladderdysfunction #bladder #pelvicfloor #pelvicfloorexercises #pelvicfloorphysicaltherapy #womenshealth #urinaryincontinence #urinaryhealth
