Feeling seen, heard, and understood while contributing immediate value is a remarkable experience.
As the youngest member of Team EyeMail at the age of 19, and on the cusp of graduating high school, I'm witnessing my confidence, leadership skills, and focus grow stronger with each passing day.
I'm truly inspired by our CEO's recent recognition in Inc. Magazine's Top Female Founders 250 edition. Despite her jam-packed schedule, she actively invests time to engage with me and our global team, eager to learn from each of us collectively.
What I find particularly uplifting is the atmosphere within our workplace. It's refreshing to find moments of laughter and joy amidst our work, where individuality is celebrated.
At EyeMail, Inc., I have the opportunity to lead and guide the team in understanding the Gen Z perspective and the importance of video in email communication. I take pleasure in sharing insights from both myself and my peers on effectively marketing to our generation.
Being part of a company that values authenticity and encourages personal growth is incredibly motivating. I'm grateful for the chance to contribute meaningfully to a team that embraces diversity and cherishes the unique contributions of each member.
Sharing some key facts about Gen Zers:
✅ We do not like to read long emails, our generation prefers engaging videos to keep us entertained. Hence the reason we love tiktok and short reels.
✅ Gen Z’ers are more likely to have a short attention span of just about 8 seconds, therefore to grasp our attention we need quick, energetic, and catchy content.
Thank you Lisa S. Jones for showing me how to lead by example I am excited for our journey moving forward!
