I wanted to share some of my favourite mindfulness tips that have really helped me stay grounded. First and foremost, take a few deep breaths throughout the day. I know, I know—it sounds simple, but those short mindful pauses can make a world of difference. Another game-changer for me has been incorporating short meditation sessions, even if it's just 5–10 minutes. I use an app like Calm or Headspace, but you can also just focus on your breath. And speaking of breath, try to be more aware of your breathing in general. Notice how it changes when you're stressed versus when you're relaxed. Lastly, make sure to step away from your desk and get some movement in, even if it's a quick walk around the block. Your mind (and body) will thank you.
