In our busy lives, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and overlook the beauty of the moment. For Day 6, I encourage you to take some time to slow down, breathe, and focus on the here and now. Here’s how to approach it: Find a Quiet Space: Take a few minutes to sit quietly in a comfortable place, away from distractions. Focus on Your Breathing: Pay attention to your breath as you inhale and exhale. Let go of any thoughts or worries and just be present. Observe Your Surroundings: Whether you’re inside or out in nature, take a moment to notice the sights, sounds, and smells around you. What do you see, hear, or feel that you might normally overlook?
