A proud Founder moment here at Drive Research, reaching 300 reviews on Google. Since our inception, we've always recognized the participant experience in our research, from surveys to focus groups, IHUTs, and interviews. If participants don't want to give us their time, our industry does not exist. If you work in market research, please remember this. Far too many professionals have 100% tunnel vision, saying yes to every client request, no matter how it impacts the participant experience. A grid with 25 rows? Sure. A 35-minute survey? Sure. 18 open-ended questions? Why not? A six-month diary with a $25 reward? You got it. Ultimately, our team does an outstanding job of balancing client expectations with participant experience better than any other firm I've worked with or for. And we will continue to do so. Beyond the 300 reviews, each and every one of these from our participants and our clients has a personalized response from our team thanking them for their time to leave it. All 300+. We point potential clients to these ratings often, and several had a belief that it was "too good to be true." Even some employees before they joined us. How does a midsize market research firm have 40-50x+ the number of reviews as the giants in our industry? 1) We care 2) Our participants and clients care 3) We thank Right Ashley Reynolds & Emily Rodgers?
