What Is Reparenting? Reparenting is a powerful concept rooted in healing emotional wounds from early childhood. It’s not just about understanding your inner child—it’s about actively meeting the needs your younger self didn’t receive enough of, like care, comfort, safety, nurturing, and affection. During our early years (ages 0-5), our attachment style forms, shaping how we connect with ourselves and others. If we experienced emotional neglect or unmet needs, those wounds often carry into adulthood, influencing our behaviors and relationships. Reparenting helps us heal these attachment wounds at their core, creating a healthier, more authentic version of ourselves. #Reparenting #InnerHealing #EmotionalGrowth #SelfLove #AttachmentHealing
