Going through various published stuff about the defence industry in Pakistan, I got to read this amazing piece by Ishrat Hussain, a name which needs no introduction. Coming from the NAVY and having worked on ground on latest tech platforms and managing their affairs at headquarters, I agree to what Ishrat Sb has to say. This is not a difficult formula with Turkey and even Iran doing it with an embargo. However, it all boils down to how we set our national compass and not deviate from our course. 📢 Update from the Indian Army The Indian Army has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to procure Surveillance Copters designed for high-altitude operations. These copters will support surveillance and reconnaissance in challenging terrains, with specific requirements: ✅ All-up weight of 10 kg ✅ Capability to operate at altitudes of 500 m above a takeoff point of 4500 m This new technology will further enhance our monitoring capabilities in remote, high-altitude regions and strengthen national security. #IndianArmy #SurveillanceCopter #HighAltitude #DefenseInnovation
