We are delighted to announce that the USPTO has granted us yet another patent #US20230306735A1 "Agricultural analysis robotic systems and methods thereof". This patent empowers us to further protect our innovations that enable in-canopy data collection and analysis. Our inventions enable accurate, high-throughput detection and measurement of properties of specific organs of plants with in-canopy sensors. The patent covers cameras and sensors mounted on a robot, and despite the title, sensors mounted on other non-robotic, non-autonomous platforms too! :-) In-canopy sensors are the only way to for accurately measuring a variety of high-value traits, such as corn ear height. We are truly excited to continue our collaborations with the world's leading crop breeders to deploy these solutions at scale.
