It was such a great pleasure to join the #FAME Project EU-CEM Summer School representing the SINFONICA Project! I strongly believe in having one single common evaluation framework and I must say that the #FAME team has done a great job in proving a detailed and yet flexible methodology. The next steps for the SINFONICA Project will be to share our #SINFONICA participatory approach evaluation framework to see what liaisons can be possible among the two frameworks. How will the ideas presented by the teams of young European innovators be evaluated? The selection criteria will consider: ● Relevance > the coherence of the idea with respect to the purpose of the Veneto stars challenge, i.e. the applicability of the idea to the Veneto Region and the compliance with the topics ● Impact > at which time and socio-economic scale is the idea bringing concrete benefits to the Region? What could be the main and measurable outputs from the application of the idea? ● Feasibility > can your idea be exploited using existing technologies? What is the service/product Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 3? How much time do you need to transform your concept/idea into a prototype? ● Scalability > (SELECTION phase) how well you explained the steps you could do to shift from your idea to a “mock-up/prototype” (or a demo) to be presented during the Veneto Space Meeting in case of selection ● Presentation > quality, organization and overall presentation ● Team > gender balance and multidisciplinarity All the information to apply on the website!

We are thrilled to announce that SeaTecHub had the honor of being presented during the WIDERA Excellence Hubs event, held on the 20th of February 2024. This transnational workshop, co-organized by the MetaCities Excellence Hub in South-Eastern Europe and NCP_WIDERA.NET, brought together innovative minds from the Mediterranean and South-East European Region to foster mutual learning and exchange of best practices. This collaborative effort was made possible with the backing of the PRAXI Network, the Ίδρυμα Έρευνας και Καινοτομίας/Research and Innovation Foundation, the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT), and @Xjenza.
