Snapchat has been continuously updating its advertising platform to offer advertisers new and innovative ways to reach their target audience. Snap recently announced the launch of two new advertising placement tests with in their platform ,sponsored snaps and promoted places. 1. Sponsored snaps : it allows advertisers to send full screen vertical videos directly to snapchat users .users can then opt-in to opening the snap, withoption to engage with the advertiser in one of two ways sending a direct message to the advertiser by replying or opening the link chosen by the advertiser. 2.Promoted places: it allow advertisers to highlight locations on the platform's snap map. this can be helpful for businesses with physical locations, such us shops, restaurants, or attractions.

Have you noticed that you get less views on Snapchat campaigns? I'm looking at data from many campaigns, and I notice a big difference. There must have been a change in August/September. These are significant differences. In several cases, over 100% less views. This applies to campaigns with traffic as a goal. I can understand why Snapchat does this. Because you have gotten many "free" views when you have used traffic as a goal. Here, Facebook/Instagram and Snapchat have worked out differently. If the numbers I have are correct, then you get much less for advertising on Snapchat with traffic as a goal.
