In just 2-3 hours each morning, I managed to delegate tasks effectively, complete my responsibilities, and guide my team efficiently. This experience taught me that our usual office environments are often filled with distractions—constant calls, team interruptions, and unexpected meetings. To maximize efficiency, it's crucial to find uninterrupted time for focused work.
