We are thrilled to welcome 371 climate changemakers to the 2024 cohort of the Paris Agreement on Climate Change as a Development Agenda course!     Over the next 6 weeks, they will explore the interlinkages between the Paris Agreement and the #2030 Agenda.    In the first webinar, we had the honour of hearing from Cecilia Kinuthia-Njenga of the UN Climate Change. Climate policies are essential strategies crafted by governments, organisations, and institutions to combat climate change. They focus on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, promoting sustainable practices, and building resilience to climate impacts in communities and ecosystems. This month, world nations met at the UN Climate Change Conference in Bonn to agree on the design of international policy that will inspire domestic decisions in each country. That is why the UN climate conferences are critical to drive the international response to the climate emergency.
